Privacy Policy — Kadina RMS Account Helper

Effective date: 3 September 2026

Kadina RMS Account Helper is an internal Chrome extension developed for use by authorised staff of Kadina Caravan & Tourist Park.

The extension is designed to improve the readability of reservation account information displayed within RMS Cloud.

Information the extension accesses

The extension may read information that is already visible to an authorised staff member within RMS Cloud, including:

• Guest name

• Reservation number

• Area or site number

• Reservation account balances

• Weekly accommodation charges

• Long term supply charges

• Extras

• Electricity charges

• Payments, receipts and credits

• Charge and payment dates

• Other account transaction information displayed within the RMS reservation account screen

How this information is used

The extension uses this information only to create a clearer, easier-to-read account summary for staff.

This includes:

• grouping weekly rent and supply charges

• showing amounts paid and owing

• identifying future-generated charges

• displaying relevant payments and credits against account charges

• separating Accommodation, Extras and Electricity information

The extension is a read-only assistance tool.

Data collection and storage

Kadina RMS Account Helper does not:

• transmit RMS account information to external servers

• sell personal information

• share personal information with third parties

• use data for advertising

• use data for analytics or tracking

• create profiles of guests or staff

• store guest or reservation data in an external database

Reservation and account information is processed locally within the user's browser while the relevant RMS Cloud page is open.

RMS Cloud access

The extension requires permission to operate on:

https://*.rmscloud.com/*

This permission is required so the extension can read account information displayed within RMS Cloud and present it in the RMS Account Helper interface.

The extension does not use the RMS API and does not modify, submit, delete or write information back to RMS Cloud.

Chrome extension permissions

The extension only requests permissions necessary to provide its core functionality.

It does not request access to unrelated websites or browsing activity.

Data security

The extension is intended for use only by authorised Kadina Caravan & Tourist Park staff who already have permission to access the relevant RMS Cloud information.

The extension does not change the security or access controls provided by RMS Cloud.

Third-party services

The extension does not independently send data to third-party services.

RMS Cloud itself remains subject to its own terms, privacy policy and security practices.

Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated if the functionality of the extension changes.

Any significant changes involving data access, collection, storage or sharing will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.
